Diego Rios has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Diego began their career as a Fundraising Intern and Soccer Coach at A Chance to Grow in 2016. Later that year, they worked as a Special Events Intern at the American Lung Association, where they focused on social media content creation and fundraising coordination. In 2017, Diego took on the role of Consumer Marketing - Theme Nights Coordinator at the Milwaukee Brewers, where they successfully researched and coordinated partner engagement opportunities. Diego also created a database for all MLB teams' theme nights and special events operations. Diego then joined the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) as an International Exhibitor Engagement Marketing Intern, using their bilingual abilities to maintain contact with trade show exhibitors and update the online database. In 2018, Diego became a Marketing Specialist at JX Truck Center, where they created content for various media platforms, developed an email marketing campaign system, and refined brand standards. Diego is currently working at ISCorp as a Sales & Marketing Support Specialist.

Diego Rios obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Marquette University. Diego attended this university from 2014 to 2018.
