Joe Setzer

Joe Setzer has extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Level 2 Helpdesk professional at ISCorp since February 2023, Joe previously held the position of Help Desk Support Specialist at Silgan Containers from February 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Joe worked as a Customer Service Representative and Production Facilitator at Eggers Imprints from June 2019 to February 2021. Joe's career began at ISCorp, where a role in helpdesk support was held from 2011 to June 2019. Joe's early experience includes serving as a Special Education Aide in the Brown Deer School District from 2007 to 2010. Educational background includes attendance at BDHS.
