James Craddock

James Craddock has a diverse work experience in the IT field. James started their career in 2007 as an Information Management Specialist at the US Army Recruiting Command and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as an Information Technology Specialist at TACOM Forward Maintenance Exchange, providing support for various systems. In 2018, James joined ISD as an IT Lead and Configuration Manager, where they managed the Help Desk and a team of technicians, diagnosed and resolved complex IT issues, and supervised IT trouble tickets for the Command and General Staff College campus.

James Craddock obtained an Associates degree in Computer Science Information Technology from Sullivan University between 2007 and 2010. James also holds additional certifications from Microsoft, including the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate for Windows 7 and the Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) for Enterprise Desktop Administrator on Windows 7, obtained in 2012 and 2011 respectively.
