Ruby Hurrell

Ruby Hurrell possesses a diverse range of experience in customer relations, administration, and event coordination. Starting as a Front Desk Receptionist at Mill North East from January 2010 to September 2015, Ruby developed strong customer service and organizational skills. Ruby then transitioned to the role of Customer Relations Management Assistant while completing a Bachelor’s degree at Northumbria University, where responsibilities included researching customer satisfaction and managing databases. Subsequent positions included Conference and Membership Coordinator and later Conferences and Membership Manager at ISDA from July 2019 to January 2025, alongside earlier roles as Sales Executive at GlobalData Plc, Event Administrator at Capacity Media, and a brief work placement at The Telegraph. Ruby holds a Master’s Degree in Political Communication from Goldsmiths, University of London and graduated with First Class Honours in Advertising from Northumbria University.
