Beatriz MacArrón

Beatriz Macarrón is a highly experienced consultant and educator specializing in employee experience, customer experience, and innovation. Currently serving as a Manager at WALK, Beatriz leads initiatives focused on business transformation and leadership development. Beatriz also holds multiple academic roles, including Professor at Instituto de Empresa and EAE Business School, and Asesora de Carrera at ISDI. Previously, Beatriz was the Global Head of Employee Experience Design at Telefónica, where responsibilities included designing and implementing a global employee experience strategy.
