Tracey Hicks

Tracey Hicks has extensive experience in product management and project leadership across various companies, including LexisNexis, First Advantage, TransUnion, and Equifax. Starting as a Senior Product Analyst at LexisNexis, Tracey led teams in implementing XML interfaces and acted as a product owner for SCRUM Agile projects. As a Manager at First Advantage, responsibilities included directing a team of business analysts and developing best practices for project execution. In subsequent roles at Equifax and TransUnion, Tracey developed strategic product forecasts and managed global service portfolios, successfully launching multiple services on a global technology platform.
