Dan Weinmeyer

Dan Weinmeyer is the VP of Science & Technology at ISEC. Dan was previously the EVP of Project Development & Marketing at LS Black Constructors from June 2019 to April 2021.

At LS Black Constructors, Dan was responsible for talent recruiting, relationship development, EOS leader, process improvements, M&A, branding, growth strategies and implementation. Dan was recruited to build and grow a national business development and marketing team that is both strategically aligned with the strengths of LSB and the needs of the national markets in which we serve.

Dan has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Dan Weinmeyer has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Minnesota and certification from Yale School of Management in Fostering Inclusion and Diversity Experience. Dan is also certified by the Design-Build Institute of America as a Designated Design-Build Professional and by EOS Worldwide as an Entrepreneurial Operating System.

They work with Jeff Long - Regional Manager, Stefanee Kershner - Regional Manager, and Kelly Martin - Vice President. Dan Weinmeyer reports to Greg Timmerman, President & CEO.
