Timothy Carter

Timothy Carter has extensive experience in operations management, having served in various leadership roles at ISEC, Inc. since August 2007, including Director of Operations and Senior Operations Manager. Prior to ISEC, Timothy worked at Centex Homes as a Purchasing / Estimating professional and spent nearly a decade at W.B. Powell Inc. as a Senior Estimator. Beginning from April 1993, Timothy also held the position of Senior Purchasing Agent at LaBruna Industries, Inc. Timothy's educational background includes studies at Mt. San Antonio College from 1984 to 1987.
