Joan LaRovere

Joan LaRovere is a clinical leader, physician, cardiac expert and social entrepreneur, Dr. Joan LaRovere has spent the last 15 years sustaining two careers. As a clinical leader, she has been at the forefront of building best-in-class cardiac programs in leadership roles at two of the top hospitals in the world, London’s Royal Brompton Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital. She is also the co-founder of Virtue Foundation, an international NGO dedicated to tackling issues around healthcare, education, and justice reform in places with the greatest need. Its work has included projects in post-Katrina Louisiana, Ghana, Mongolia, El Salvador, and elsewhere.
