Caleb Strand

Caleb Strand is a design engineer currently employed at ISG since April 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from various roles in engineering. Previously, Caleb worked as an engineer at Mi-Tech Services, Inc. from December 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included planning underground fiber routes and conducting due diligence for fiber layout. Prior to that, Caleb served as a contract design engineer at The Vollrath Company, focusing on Engineering Change Requests and product design for kitchen appliances. Earlier experience includes a mechanical engineer position at Alaark Tooling & Automation, and associate engineer work at Rite-Hite, where collaboration on product designs took place. With a foundation built from internships at Loos Machine & Automation and Ashley Furniture Industries, Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan.
