Tom Grafft is a highly experienced Project Manager with over 18 years in the public works market, currently serving as the Water/Wastewater Group Leader and Associate Principal at ISG since January 2002. With expertise as an IDNR certified operator in water treatment and distribution, as well as wastewater collection and treatment, Tom has a strong foundation in the industry. Previously, Tom held the position of Operations Manager at Krudico, Inc. from 1997 to 2001, where responsibilities included collaborating with engineers, public works officials, and government councils to develop economical solutions for water treatment issues. Tom graduated from Buena Vista University in 1997.
