Beth Thomas

Beth Thomas is a passionate Transformational Change Executive and best-selling author of "Powered by Happy." They have served as a Partner at ISG since 2023 and have a wealth of experience including roles as CEO and Global Motivational Speaker at C4G Consulting from 2017 to 2023, and as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Consulting at Sequent Inc. from 2005 to 2017. Previously, Beth held leadership positions at Limitedbrands and Chase, and began their career as a Regional Support Executive at Fritz Companies. Additionally, they have been a board member at FST Logistics since 2020.
