Chris Pfeffer

Manager, Workplace Services

Chris Pfeffer has over 15 years of experience in information technology and military service. Since August 2008, Chris has been the Manager of Workplace Services at ISG (Information Services Group), overseeing the America's Service Desk team that provides first and second level support in a global company of over 1000 employees. Prior to that role, from July 2007 to May 2011, Chris served as a Signal Support Systems Specialist in the US Army Reserves and, from July 2003 to July 2007, held the same title in the US Army, achieving the Distinguished Graduate Diploma from Signal Support Systems Specialist School. Chris has extensive skills in operating and maintaining telecommunications and computer systems, including the management of over 700 computer systems during Operation Iraqi Freedom in combat conditions. Chris's educational background includes technical training in Signal Support & Information Systems and studies at Stephen F. Austin State University.
