Kirby Warnock

Kirby Warnock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal management and content production. Currently serving as a Web Builder at the Pecos County Historical Commission since January 2019, Kirby also holds the position of Proposal Manager at ISG. With a background that includes roles at Alsbridge, Edwin Brantley Smith & Associates, Apptricity Corporation, Deloitte, and Trans-Pecos Productions, Kirby has demonstrated expertise in preparing proposals, managing marketing efforts, and producing documentary films. Previous experience also includes producing special events for Warner Bros. Pictures and working as a Senior Content Specialist at Luminant Worldwide. Kirby earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Baylor University.
