Pavan Kunch is an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a robust background in leading cross-functional projects, resource readiness, and service performance monitoring. Currently at ISG (Information Services Group) since July 2019, Pavan oversees projects from inception to execution and manages KPIs for Operations and Project Managers. Prior experience at IPsoft involved defining product strategies and ensuring smooth onboarding for new business, while a tenure at IBM India Private Limited included critical roles such as Service Availability Manager and Service Operations Manager, focusing on IT crisis management and incident response. Pavan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
