Aisha O'Malley has extensive experience in instructional design and team management across various industries. Beginning a career at LC Enterprises/Priscilla's/Cirilla's as General Store Manager from 2001 to 2005, Aisha transitioned to T-Mobile as a Customer Service Trainer until 2010, followed by a role as Executive Team Leader - Salesfloor at Target until 2011. Aisha further developed skills in instructional design at VinSolutions from 2013 to 2017 and then at UnitedHealth Group from 2019 to 2023, before taking on the role of Instructional Designer at CareCentrix in March 2023. Currently, Aisha serves as an Instructional Designer at ISGF since March 2025. Aisha holds an Associate of Arts from State Fair Community College and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, both in Theatre.
