Sonny Salas

Sonny Salas has extensive experience in recruitment and programming, currently serving as the Managing Partner at ISGF since November 1991, where the firm provides flexible recruitment services to a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies across various industries such as healthcare and telecommunications. Prior to ISGF, Sonny held the position of Lead Technical Programmer at Allstate from January 1989 to January 1994, focusing on mainframe programming with technologies including COBOL and DB2. Early career experience includes a role as a Programmer at AIRS from January 1987 to January 1988. Sonny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science from DePaul University, completed between 1984 and 1987, and is a graduate of Glenbard North High School, where a diploma was earned from 1978 to 1981.
