Tom Bryan

Tom Bryan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tom is currently the Chief Executive Officer at WorkSkill since 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at ISGF starting from 2010. Before their CEO roles, Tom was a Founding Partner at Dealagio from 2010 to 2011, where they successfully built and launched an online business. From 2002 to 2010, they worked as a Division Director at Robert Half International, Inc., managing a team of Recruiting Managers and helping clients find strategic talent in the Accounting & Finance industry. Tom also served as the President of the Institute of Management Accountants - Mid Florida Chapter in 2005, where they led a regional professional organization focused on advancing education and certifications. Prior to that, they worked as a Peak Performance Trainer at the Anthony Robbins Company and as a Recruiting Manager at Accounting Solutions.

Tom Bryan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing from John Carroll University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications such as 8(a) Certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2021, Certified Disability Owned Business by the US Business Leadership Network in 2015, Certified Asian American Owned Business by the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce - EF in 2014, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise by the Florida Department of Transportation in 2014, Certified Minority Business by the Florida Department of State in 2013, and Minority Business Enterprise by the National Minority Supplier Development Council in 2012.
