Roy Mellon

Roy Mellon is an accomplished entrepreneur who has significantly contributed to the payroll, workforce management, and human resources industry. After pursuing education through the Army Logistic Training Centre, Roy launched RDM Consulting in 2009, which was acquired by activpayroll in 2012, leading to a role as Managing Director of Australia. In 2013, Roy founded Proactiv Payroll and later conceptualised and launched Definitiv in 2016, which transformed industry standards before being acquired by The Access Group in 2021. Currently, Roy serves as a farmer at Shawshack Farm, while actively participating on boards for various organisations, dedicated to philanthropy and bridging the digital divide in business.
