Peter Bruun

Bruun is a CEO, investor and board member focused on building sustainable food companies with a global ambition. They currently serve as CEO, investor and board member at ISH Spirits and as chair and investor at DRYK, and sit on the boards of SELECT Sport A/S and Agrain by Circular Food Technology. They previously served as CEO of Lagkagehuset (2011-2015) and of Pågen AB (2003-2011), and held director roles at Arla Foods amba (1993-1998) and Schulstad A/S (1998-2001). They began their career at McKinsey & Company (1989-1993) and earned an MSc in Economics from Copenhagen Business School (1980-1986) and an MBA from IMD (1988).
