Amit Sethi

Amit Sethi has extensive work experience in the telecommunications and project management fields. Amit is currently serving as the Vice President of Projects at Ishan Technologies, where they manage networking and telecommunications projects, handles data analytics and cyber security, and oversees vendor identification and management. Prior to this role, Amit worked as the Head of Fibre Projects & Operations at Globacom, where they were responsible for fiber rollout, budget planning, vendor negotiation and management, and service delivery. Amit also has experience working for the Government of India, where they held positions such as Head of Operations & Project Management and Program Manager, handling program management, project planning, budgeting, and procurement. Before their time in the government, Amit served in the Indian Army as the Head of Telecom and IT Operations and Management. Amit has also worked as a Military Operations and Telecom Consultant for the United Nations. Overall, Amit Sethi brings a wealth of expertise in project management, telecommunications, and operations coordination to their roles.

Amit Sethi has a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Data Science from JK Lakshmipat University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR and Operations from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, Meerut from 2017 to 2019. Amit also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Defence Studies and Strategic Analysis from the University of Madras, obtained in 2007-2008. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Jawaharlal Nehru University, which they completed from 2002 to 2005. Amit obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the National Defence Academy (NDA) from 1994 to 1996. Amit completed their 12th grade from Don Bosco School, New Delhi in 1993.

Amit has also completed various certifications, including courses on Google Cloud Infrastructure and Data Science from Coursera and John Hopkins University.
