Arvind Pandit

Arvind Pandit has a strong background in leadership consulting and executive search. Arvind is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ishwa Consulting, a boutique firm specializing in Executive Search, HR Advisory, and Leadership Development. Arvind also co-founded VIA HRx, focusing on talent solutions for the Healthcare Industry. Prior to these roles, Arvind gained experience at Spencer Stuart, Hay Group, and various other companies in project management and consulting. Arvind holds a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
