Ashley Simone

Ashley Simone is an accomplished executive chef and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the culinary industry. As the owner and executive chef of Zesty Catering since January 2010, Ashley specializes in providing sumptuous food for all diets in an environmentally friendly manner. Additionally, Ashley serves as a culinary chef ambassador for iSi North America, Inc. and leads culinary efforts at Parties That Cook. Previous roles include producing, hosting, and chef duties at FOODGASM, as well as executive chef at Maison Cuisine and various positions at FIG Catering. Earlier experience also includes serving as the head culinary arts instructor at Columbia College CCAP. Ashley's educational background includes studies at The Art Institutes, Columbia College Chicago, and Marymount Manhattan College.
