Anna Wloch has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various roles and companies. Anna started their career as a Junior Accountant at Capgemini in 2007 and later worked as an Accounts Assistant at BNP Paribas from 2009 to 2015. During their time at BNP Paribas, they implemented process improvements and created a database and macro-based tool to manage commission calculations, resulting in time savings and improved accuracy.
In 2015, Anna joined UTC Aerospace Systems as a Corporate Accountant before moving on to National Grid in 2017 as a Finance Analyst. At National Grid, they were part of the Finance Business Partner Excellence Team and was responsible for financial analysis, modelling, and process improvements. Anna built an automated NPV model for investment appraisals and designed other models for efficiency and transparency. Anna also automated and standardized several processes within UK Finance, reducing time and the risk of errors.
Anna then worked at Tarmac in 2019 as an Interim Accountant, where they were a process owner and subject matter expert for the automation of a business process. Anna designed and implemented a plan to capture outstanding mismatched intercompany information and cleared them into SAP. Anna worked with UiPath developers to design the process flow and generated a rule-based structure, reducing issues of business exceptions.
In 2020, Anna worked briefly at Rolls-Royce as a Finance Manager before joining Isio as a Finance Business Analyst.
Anna Wloch's education history includes a Master's degree in Management and Production Engineering from the Kielce University of Technology. Anna attended the university from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Accounting and Finance from ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), where they studied from 2011 to 2016. Anna also received an ACCA certification from the same institution in February 2015.
