Christopher Smart

Christopher Smart is an experienced professional with a robust background in client onboarding, change management, and strategic client relationships within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Client Onboarding & Change at Isio since October 2025, Christopher has previously held significant roles at Equiniti, where responsibilities included the establishment of change and delivery frameworks, managing client implementations, and leading teams for operational excellence. With prior experience as a Senior Client Relationship Manager at RPMI and various managerial positions at Aviva and General Accident Life, Christopher has demonstrated expertise in client management, regulatory compliance, and delivering strategic initiatives that enhance revenue and mitigate risks. Christopher holds an HND in Business Studies and Economics from the University of Lincoln.
