Luke Armstead

Luke Armstead has a diverse work experience in the financial and accounting field. Luke started their career at Deloitte UK as an Auditor, where they worked from September 2011 to December 2017. Luke then joined Birmingham City University as a Financial Accountant for the first seven months of 2018. After that, Luke joined Al Rayan Bank as a Senior Manager Financial Reporting, where they worked from August 2018 to June 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Finance and Reporting Manager at Isio, which they started in July 2023.

Luke Armstead pursued their education in the field of classical and ancient studies. Luke commenced their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from the University of Nottingham. This spanned from 2005 to 2008. Subsequently, Luke pursued higher education and achieved a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Classical and Ancient Studies, also from the University of Nottingham, for the academic year 2009-2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Luke Armstead obtained a certification as a Chartered Accountant from the ICAEW in October 2014.
