Naomi L'Estrange

Naomi L'Estrange is an experienced executive, trustee, coach, and campaigner with over twenty years in private and public sector pensions as a lawyer, policy-maker, and business leader. They served as the Managing Director at 2020 Trustees from 2014 to 2023 and are currently the Managing Director at Isio. Naomi co-led Vidett Limited as Co-Chief Executive Officer from 2023 to 2025. They were the first Director of Legal at the Pension Protection Fund, where they led a dynamic team and engaged with government and EU entities on significant policy matters. Naomi holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in European Law with Distinction and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Counselling.
