Iskra Impuls is an engineering company specialising in intralogistics, process automation, automation of machinery, and hydro-mechanical equipment. With strong mechanical, electrical, and software expertise, we deliver complete solutions — from concept and design to installation, commissioning, and support. All systems are tailor-made and seamlessly integrated into existing customer processes.

For more than 30 years, we have provided advanced engineering for high-bay warehouses, industrial production, energy systems, hydropower plants, bulk cargo handling, and other demanding technologies. Our approach combines reliable automation, modern engineering tools, and close cooperation with each customer.

Logistic Systems
We develop fully automated intralogistics solutions: high-bay cranes up to 38 m, transport shuttles, conveyor systems, material-flow control (i2MFC), WMS integration, and simulation-supported commissioning. Our systems handle loads ranging from light crates to 10-ton pallets and aircraft containers.

Hydro-Mechanical Equipment
We design and supply equipment for hydroelectric and irrigation systems, including gates, weirs, trash racks, penstocks, and steel linings. Our capabilities cover CFD/FEA simulations, custom mechanical design, refurbishments, and automated operation.

Process Automation & Energetics
We automate industrial and energy processes using Siemens and Honeywell platforms, covering PLC, DCS, SCADA, industrial communication, and instrumentation. Our solutions ensure safe, efficient, and stable operation.

Cranes & Bulk Cargo Systems
We engineer control systems for technologically advanced cranes and bulk cargo equipment, including overhead cranes and grab systems up to 2,000 t/h, as well as automation for complete transport lines.
