Island Trails Inc. is a volunteer-led, not-for-profit organization.

Our mission is to enhance Prince Edward Island’s walking trail network through advocacy, engagement and stewardship, focusing on accessibility, wellbeing, and the creation of a sustainable legacy for all.

Since our establishment in 1994, we’ve been a proud contributor to Prince Edward Island and its communities. We've partnered with private and public sector to support outdoor recreation, education, conservation, and the enjoyment of all users, whether on foot, bike, or horseback.

With a board of directors at the helm, Island Trails thrives on the passion of its members and volunteers, each of whom share a vision of making Prince Edward Island a world leader in walking trails.
