I partner with founders and operators to build enterprise value at critical inflection points - periods of growth, liquidity, and strategic transition where the path forward isn’t obvious and the cost of getting it right can shape the future of the business.

My focus is simple: helping founders build companies that are more valuable, more transferable, and better positioned for whatever comes next, whether that’s continued growth, raising capital, bringing on a partner, or an eventual exit.

My work includes:

• Strategic advisory for founder-led businesses with $5M–$100M in revenue
• Enterprise value diagnostics and value creation planning
• Exit readiness strategy and execution
• Select M&A and capital advisory engagements
• Deal structure guidance across earnouts, rollover equity, and post-close obligations

I am typically brought in when the stakes are high, decisions are complex, and experienced judgment creates a meaningful advantage. I help founders evaluate opportunities and risks through an investor’s lens, bringing clarity to the strategic decisions that influence enterprise value long before a transaction begins.

I operate as both advisor and execution partner, leading engagements personally and extending capacity through a carefully curated network of experienced operators across finance, operations, growth, technology, and AI. Every engagement is tailored to the founder, the business, and the decisions at hand.

I’ve learned that exceptional outcomes are rarely created during negotiations. They are built years in advance through disciplined execution, thoughtful positioning, and consistently making better decisions.
