Jonathan Sheppard

Jonathan Sheppard has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and software engineering. Jonathan started their career at Creative Labs as a Desktop Support Technician, where they provided support for Windows OS and applications, as well as Linux desktop clients. During their time at ZiiLABS, they served as an IT Administrator, performing server administration, network maintenance, and desktop support. Jonathan was also responsible for managing the silicon R&D network. At Intel Corporation, Jonathan held two roles. First, as a Graphics Software Engineer, they wrote validation tests for the open source kernel mode graphics driver and contributed to enhancing the test automation infrastructure. Later, as an IT Administrator, they developed and maintained the IT infrastructure to support the graphics development and validation teams, and also worked on setting up and improving their testing automation systems. Currently, Jonathan is working at Isode Ltd as a Software Engineer.

Jonathan Sheppard received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Royal Holloway, University of London, graduating in 2003. Jonathan then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Security from the same university, completing their studies in 2004.
