Bill Collins

Bill Collins began their professional career in 1985 as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy, where they held various management and leadership roles over twenty years. In 1993, they joined BCS Voice and Data Solutions as Vice President of Sales, responsible for selling VoIP and digital telephone systems, computer networks, video conferencing, and data & fiber optic infrastructure cabling. In 2010, they were recruited by iSoft Solutions LLC - USA as Business Development Manager, tasked with growing the Navy market for the newly incorporated audio visual integrator. Through the establishment, maintenance, and expansion of strategic relationships with key Echelon 1, 2 and 3 Commands, they increased annual sales revenue from $450K in FY2011 to over 4 million.

Bill Collins attended James Madison University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law Studies-Paralegal/History/Public Administration. Prior to that, they attended Thomas A. Edison H.S. VA. No additional certifications were listed.
