Jason Kui is currently the Head of Content Service and Global Delivery at iSoftStone. Jason has extensive experience in the field of video engineering, having served as platform architect, product owner, and staff manager directing video product development and innovation for all Time Inc. brands.
Jason's focus has been on the development of a premium video experience, while making video core to the digital user experience. Jason has delivered a single, unified video playback JavaScript framework for both consumers and advertisers, supporting the organization's 24 domestic and 34 UK brands’ websites. Jason also launched Time Inc’s first Virtual and Augmented Reality app (LIFE VR) on iOS and Android.
In addition, Jason launched the PeopleTV streaming service to iOS, Android, Roku, Chromecast and Web, resulting in $5M in revenue in 2017. Jason also launched Sports Illustrated subscription-based video streaming services on Amazon Prime, Roku, iOS, Android. Finally, they launched Jumpnext, an internally built video recommendation engine to deliver personalized content to consumers, resulting in the expansion of premium O&O inventory. As a result of Jason's efforts, People.com and SI.com have seen a doubling of their video lift since its launch in February and have achieved $12M+ in revenue for the organization through the video recommendation engine.
Jason Kui received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stony Brook University.
