Tom T. O'Keefe is the Founder and Principal of O'Keefe Development, a firm established in 1986 that has developed, redeveloped, or acquired over 5 million square feet of commercial real estate with a total asset value of approximately $700 million. In addition to their leadership at O'Keefe Development, O'Keefe was the Founder, former Chairman, and CEO of Tully's Coffee until its sale in 2009. O'Keefe also served as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker from 1978 to 1986. An active community member, O'Keefe currently sits on the boards of the Juvenile Diabetes Guild of Seattle and The Museum of Flight, while having previously contributed to various organizations including the Children's Hospital and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. O'Keefe earned a degree in Communications/Advertising from the University of Washington between 1972 and 1977.
