Cornelia Lass is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and a member of the Executive Board at isolutions, where they focus on enhancing employee experience as a central element of business strategy. With extensive experience in human resources, they previously held roles such as Global Head of HR People Experience and VP People at Avaloq and Xentral ERP Software, respectively. Cornelia is passionate about designing impactful employee experiences and believes that organizational success hinges on connecting employee potential with customer needs. They are currently pursuing degrees in Physiotherapy and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
