Jayakumar Dilliraju

Jayakumar Dilliraju has over two decades of experience in service delivery and business growth within the technology and business process outsourcing sectors. Currently serving as AVP - Business Growth & Transition at iSolve Technologies since January 2011, Jayakumar has advanced through various managerial roles, focusing on process improvements, capacity planning, client interactions, and ensuring high-quality delivery while adhering to service level agreements. Previous roles include Team Leader at Caliber Point Business Solutions and Process Expert at Siemens Information Processing Services, among others. Jayakumar holds a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Madras, complemented by training in Six Sigma and leadership management.
