Tom Needham

Tom Needham, MBA, is the Head of the Biopharmaceuticals practice at Broadview Ventures, where they manage the firm’s biotechnology investment strategy. They also serve as Managing Director of Longview Ventures, focusing on clinical-stage opportunities. With over 30 years in venture capital investing and corporate strategy, Tom holds board positions at several biotechnology companies, including IsomAb and Basking Biosciences. Tom earned a B.A. from Bowdoin College and an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Previously, they held executive roles at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals and C4 Therapeutics, among others.
