Ed Long is an experienced Implementation Engineer at Isometric since January 2025, previously serving as Principal Solutions Engineer at Goodstack from February 2023 to January 2025. At Goodstack, Ed founded the Solutions Engineering function and led implementation support for global rollouts with notable clients like Google and Canva. Prior to this, Ed held several key positions at Twilio, including Partner Solutions Architect Director, where responsibilities included establishing an expert services function and co-founding Spectrum EMEA for LGBTQ+ employees. Ed also contributed to Paddle as Solutions Architect Manager, building a high-quality solutions function. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biological Modelling from UCL, alongside degrees in Biological Modelling (MRes) and Mathematics (MMath) from The University of Manchester.
