Mil Darakanada

Nathaya (Mil) D. is a Senior Software Engineer at Isometric since June 2024, previously serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Square from August 2016 to January 2023. At Square, Nathaya managed a team of engineers, successfully expanding it from 4 to 8 members, while handling conflict resolution and performance management. Nathaya was instrumental in launching cross-functional projects and developing the Risk Manager product to combat buyer fraud using Machine Learning. Earlier experiences include roles at Button, Inc. as a software engineering intern, and as a Research Assistant at the Social Robotics Lab at Yale, along with internships in macroeconomic analysis and diplomatic reporting. Nathaya holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from Yale University.
