Amy Lu

Amy Lu is a Senior Research Scientist at Isomorphic Labs, where they focus on building post-AlphaFold3 models on the Foundations team. They previously held positions as a Machine Learning Engineer at insitro and a Research Intern at Harvard Medical School, applying innovative machine learning techniques to biological data. Amy has also gained substantial research experience as a visiting student at Stanford University and as a research student at the University of Toronto. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Throughout their academic and professional journey, Amy has contributed to advancements in computational biology and drug discovery.
