Beni Wolf

Beni Wolf is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in oncology and drug development. Currently serving as Chief Medical Officer at Isomorphic Labs since June 2025, Beni previously held the same title at Relay Therapeutics from November 2019 to June 2025 and at KSQ Therapeutics, Inc. from April 2019 to November 2019. At Blueprint Medicines, as Senior Vice President, Beni advanced three programs from IND to clinical proof of concept, including achieving three breakthrough designations. Earlier roles include Senior Medical Director at Merrimack, Medical Director at ImmunoGen, Inc., and Amgen, with a foundation as Associate Medical Director and Scientist at Genentech and the La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology, respectively. Beni holds an MD and PhD from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and a BS in Chemistry from Union College.
