Jenn Packham

Jenn Packham has a diverse work experience. Jenn started their career as a Customer Service representative at Beloved Wear in 2014 and then moved on to work as a Clinical Assistant at Smile Perfect Orthodontics in 2015. In 2016, they joined Workfront as a Recruiting Coordinator, where they managed various recruitment activities and played a crucial role in hiring for different departments.

In 2017, they joined IsoTalent as a Principal Recruiter and also took on the responsibility of a Business Development Manager. Jenn focused on building brand exposure, thought leadership, partnerships, lead generation, and customer relations. Jenn continued in these roles until 2020, during which they helped grow the sales and business development within IsoTalent.

After that, they joined Vivint as a Senior Inside Sales Representative in 2020, where they were involved in redefining the home experience with smart home products and services. Currently, they are working at IsoTalent again, this time as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, responsible for building out the company's internal recruiting process and handling full-cycle recruitment for mid-level, Director, and VP positions across all departments.

Jenn Packham attended Utah Valley University from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Communication, General. Jenn later enrolled at Premier Dental Assisting School in 2015 and earned a Licentiate degree in Dental Assisting/Assistant.
