Braddock Caesar has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Student Apprentice at Ohio University, where they performed various operations, including metal machining and welding, and organized data using Microsoft Office Suite. From 2008 to 2011, they served as an Assistant Coach at the Athens Youth Hockey Association, setting practice schedules, coaching junior high and high school students, and promoting individual and teamwork skills. In 2009, they became a Charter Bus Driver at Ohio University Transportation Services, earning a Class B Commercial Driver's License and providing shuttle services for students. At Ohio University, from 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Student Employee, installing new seating and providing maintenance work for the arena. In 2013, Braddock joined Totes Isotoner as a Quality Control Technician, where they tested prototype umbrellas, cold weather gear, footwear, and gloves, as well as conducted comparison testing for competitor products. Later, they became the Quality Control Engineer for Rain and Cold Weather Product, taking responsibility for testing, comparison analysis, and vendor and consumer coordination. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Product Developer Manager at Totes Isotoner.

Braddock Caesar has a strong educational background in the field of Engineering Technology and Management. From 2007 to 2013, Braddock attended Ohio University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Technology and Management. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in the same field from Ohio University, completing their studies in 2013.
