Ashley Lander

Ashley Lander is currently the Product Operations Manager at ISOutsource. Prior to this, they were the Onboarding Team Lead - GovWin & Specpoint at Deltek from October 2010 to May 2022. In this role, Ashley designed and instituted a new milestone-based onboarding program for GovWin IQ to maximize time to value. Ashley also diligently worked with internal stakeholders across departments to assess and mitigate first year retention challenges. Additionally, Ashley created and launched a brand-new onboarding program for Specpoint which was designed to increase product adoption and improve customer experience across net new and existing customers.

Before joining Deltek, Ashley was an Account Manager at PR Newswire from November 2006 to October 2010.

Ashley has been awarded with Presidents Club 2021 for outstanding performance.

Ashley Lander completed their undergraduate degree in economics at the University of Arizona.
