Galen Pfueller

Galen Pfueller is currently a Support Technician at ISOutsource. They previously worked as an IT Support Technician at Fluke Corporation from November 2019 to May 2020. They provided technical support for desktop and groupware software with our internal customer base, took phone calls and managed tickets within the ticketing system, evaluated and recommended hardware and software systems, developed technical implementation plans, and communicated project schedules. They also diagnosed complex system problems and implemented solutions. They ensured security and client health requirements were consistently met.

Prior to working at Fluke Corporation, Galen Pfueller worked at McDonald's from April 2018 to November 2019. They obtained Employee of the Month for November 2018.

Galen Pfueller also has experience working as a Security Analyst. They worked at Western Washington University from May 2018 to June 2018 where they analyzed security logs from local municipality’s, wrote detailed reports for security incidents, and used data provided from the ELK stack efficiently. They also did volunteer work in their available off time.

Galen Pfueller has a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from Western Washington University, as well as an Associates in Applied Science - Transfer in Computer Science from Whatcom Community College.

Galen Pfueller reports to Ryan Palm, IT Manager. Galen Pfueller works with Colin Graham - Support Technician, Kris Rust - Support Technician, and Mark Tindall - Support Technician.
