Naveen Rajkumar is the President & CEO at ISOutsource. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer at VitalTalk and iLink Digital.

At iLink Digital, Naveen was responsible for Revenue growth, Profitability growth, Solution delivery and Customer Satisfaction. Naveen successfully grew organic revenues by over 25% for 2 years in a row while doubling the profitability of the business in the same 2 year period. This was accomplished with an intense focus on Technology Solution Delivery, Strategic Account Management and Building a world class team which resulted in very high Customer Satisfaction scores (NPS>70). Naveen was managing a P&L of over $35 million dollars with over 700 employees spread across the US, Canada, Malaysia and India. Naveen was leading Digital Transformation efforts for customers like Siemens, AT&T, Century Link, Panasonic Automotive, Halliburton, Schlumberger and VCA animal hospitals.

Naveen was a member of the core executive team that defines the strategic direction of the organization. Naveen was managing globally distributed teams in the areas of Data & AI, Application Modernization, Natural Language Processing and Cloud migration.
