ISP Global Advisory is a boutique firm advising founders on institutional preparation, capital raising, and the commercial decisions that shape a business as it scales.

Our team is drawn from Wall Street, global transactional practice, and operating roles inside venture-backed companies. We have closed deals, raised institutional capital, and built direct relationships with sovereign wealth funds, venture capital firms, private equity houses, family offices, and high-net-worth networks across MENA, Europe, and the United States.

Our work is practical rather than theoretical. We prepare founders to meet the standards institutional investors, banks, and funds actually apply. We structure transactions that hold up under diligence. We introduce founders to the partners best placed to help them build, not simply those we happen to know. And we remain involved throughout the process, from the first assessment to the point at which capital is wired.

The founders we work with are typically past the earliest stage and approaching a moment of consequence. A Series A or B raise. A strategic investment from a sovereign or institutional partner. A decision about growth, geography, or governance that warrants counsel before the market forms a view. We engage selectively, because the work only produces results when both sides are committed to it.
