Richard Roughley

Richard Roughley is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at ISP Group since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Credit Suisse, starting in January 2010. At Credit Suisse, they held multiple roles including Director, Structured Product BA/ITPL (AVP/VP), and Application Support. Richard was responsible for various tasks such as business analysis, project management, line manager duties, database development, architectural design, and application support. Before joining Credit Suisse, Richard worked as a Trainee Developer at FDM Group in 2010. Richard also has experience as a Deputy Manager and Relief Manager at Gala Coral Group from May 2006 to February 2008, where they handled betting, money management, and marketing.

Richard Roughley completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics with Photonics from The University of Manchester from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they studied at Winstanley College from 2001 to 2004, but the degree name and field of study are not specified. Richard also holds additional certifications such as SAFe 5 Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. (obtained in 2021), Certified SCRUM Master from SCRUM Alliance (obtained in 2011), ITIL v3 Foundation (obtained in 2010), and RYA Level 1 & 2 from the Royal Yachting Association (obtained in 2006).
