Stacy Posey

Stacy Posey has over 10 years of professional experience. From 2019 to present, they have been employed at ISPA Technology as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and West Coast Lead. In this role, they lead overall program management, maintains program documentation, serves as a liaison between Government program managers and stakeholders, and manages and coordinates multiple software development teams. From 2012 to 2013, they were employed at Nationstar Mortgage as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, Direct Sales. From 2010 to 2012, they were employed at Camber Corporation as a Program Management Support, where they managed and tracked the expenditure of government funding for 3 programs, made recommendations for funding allocation, and assisted in the development of SOWs and installation logistics planning.

Stacy Posey has a varied educational background. Stacy attended University of Colorado Denver from 2003 to 2004 and took college courses while in high school. Stacy then attended University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2004 to 2005, studying International Studies, Spanish, and Arabic. In 2005 to 2006, they attended University of Southern California and studied International Relations and Arabic. From 2007 to 2010, they attended UC San Diego and obtained a BA in Third World Studies and Arabic. From 2010 to 2012, they attended Defense Acquisition University and obtained a DAWIA Level 1 in International Acquisition Management. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Leading SAFe (5.0) from Scaled Agile, Inc., Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, and Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
