Warren Brown

Warren Brown has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Customer Service Representative/Produce Clerk at Publix Super Markets, where they performed over 100 successful POS transactions per day, secured customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service, maintained proper rotation of product, and demonstrated adaptability and a team player mindset. From 2014 to 2019, they were a SATCOM/Personal Computer Technician- 2834/2847 (Sergeant/E-5) in the United States Marine Corps, where they lead annual tests with a U.S. government ally to ensure that satellite communications equipment remained within the frequency range tolerance in accordance with the host nation agreement. Since 2019, they have been a Software Tester at ISPA Technology.

Warren Brown obtained an Associate of Science in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2020. Prior to that, they received the CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA in October 2017.
